Accommodation and Transportation
DISTED provides outstation and foreign students with suitable college-managed accommodation in privately owned premises for single occupancy or twin sharing.

The monthly rental for single occupancy is RM470 and above while that for twin sharing is RM340 and above per person. Rental rates can vary depending on housing type, location and facilities provided.

Typically, each room is furnished with air-conditioner, bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table, chair and curtains.

The general facilities include internet access, living room with TV, dinning hall, kitchen utilities, refrigerator and washing machine.

The off-campus accommodation is situated in a pleasant and tranquil environment suitable for rest and study.

The personal safety of apartment residents is well taken care of by the apartment building management and in-house security guards.

Daily transportation to the college is arranged for students staying in off-campus housing.

The Pulau Tikus area where the college is located has a wide range of services and amenities - banks, clinics, restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets etc. - to meet the needs of students.
